You will...Install and finish various types of interior trim, including baseboards, crown molding, and window/door casingsHang doors, install door frames, and fit and install windows with precisionCraft and install custom woodwork elements, such as built-in shelving, cabinetry, and other decorative featuresAssess and perform repairs on existing interior finishes as needed, ensuring the longevity of the installed elementsMaintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout all phases of the construction processOperate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment in a safe and efficient mannerEnsure work meets quality control standardsParticipate in a safe work cultureReport concerns and safety hazards to supervisor in a timely manner
