The ideal candidate will ensure the store is kept spotless and adheres to health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring areas, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom.Dust and wipe down shelves, display units, and checkout counters.Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and windows to maintain a polished look.Ensure fitting rooms are tidy and free of debris.Dispose of trash and recyclables following store guidelines.Maintain cleanliness in staff areas, including the breakroom and washrooms.Regularly sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, checkout stations, and fitting room surfaces.Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.Report maintenance issues or potential hazards to management.Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks during store closures or special events.Requirements:Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.Comfortable working flexible shifts, including early mornings or evenings.Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
