We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals. Duties : Schedule appointments through phone Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
Handle incoming customer service calls Dispatch incoming customer phone calls Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
