We are currently looking to add a temporary full-time Housekeeper to our team! RESPONSIBILITIES:
- At the start of each day review the rooms scheduled to be cleaned and ensure the cleaning cart is fully stocked.
- Thoroughly clean each room scheduled for day including, Bed Change, Dusting, Furniture Polish, Clean Bathroom. Vacuum floors and mop. Windex windows and mirrors. Remove all garbage from room. Remove soiled laundry from residents’ room and deliver to laundry room.
- Clean common areas outside each room scheduled to be cleaned each day. Common areas include stairwells, hallways, light sconces. Elevator, all high touch points.
- At the end of each day ensure all documentation is completed accurately and the cart is cleaned and organized for the next day.
- Other duties as assigned. Willingness to complete tasks not normally included in job description as the business needs require.
- Clean all rooms scheduled for cleaning each day.
- Bed Changes.
- Dusting.
- Polish Furniture.
- Clean toilet, sink bathtub/shower.
- Clean grab bars in bathrooms.
- Remove Garbage from rooms/bathrooms.
- Restock toilet paper.
- Windex windows/mirrors.
- Vacuum/sweep/mop in suites.
- Ensure the hallways near the rooms being cleaned are vacuumed, swept and moped if applicable.
- Ensure empty rooms are on cleaning schedule and checked for necessary housekeeping requirements (especially toilets because of standing water).
- Sweep and mop stairwells as required.
- Bring resident laundry to laundry room on scheduled cleaning day.
- Wipe down elevator interior (do not spray buttons).
- Dust and clean wall light sconces as required.
- Sanitize high touch points.
- Clean, organize and restock cleaning cart at the end of each shift.
- Any documentation as required.
