Role Description: -Responsible for coordinating with remote or local candidates throughout the interview process, including scheduling interviews. -Create Job posts across all sources-Take lead in Recruiting developers for technical roles. -Join company at conferences and events to recruit talent.-Perform in depth assessment interviews for c-suite candidates. Do reference checks and verify prior employers. -Screen candidate applications and due diligence -Prepare, Send, Organize & Maintain offer letters to new Employees -Develop training materials and tutorials to new team members -Schedule & coordinate logistics for all recruiting events Required Skills :Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Creative and efficient problem solver  Flexibility, high energy and a positive attitude  Previous experience in a Talent Recruiting or Human Resources department is preferred  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR systems and social media is preferred  Bonus : Previous role as an HR Manager at a technology/software company Previously worked for a Recruitment or Talent Agency Experience with Blockchain, and/or Ethereum
