Key Responsibilities Strategic Media Buying & Performance Marketing Leadership
- Lead Campaign Strategy: Develop, execute, and optimize integrated paid media campaigns on Google, Microsoft, and Meta platforms to achieve aggressive performance targets.
- Full-Funnel Vision: Understand how SEM and social channels intersect within the broader marketing funnel—from top-of-funnel brand awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversions—and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Innovative Ad Management: Oversee the creation, testing, and optimization of advertisements across diverse placements (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, GDN, Demand Gen, Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
- Comprehensive Account Oversight: Direct full SEM and social media advertising strategies, auditing accounts, and collaborating with account teams to maximize ROI.
- Large Account Management: Leverage extensive experience managing large accounts with $1M+ monthly budgets to drive scalable growth and profitability.
- Advanced Feed & Tag Management: Oversee Google Merchant Center feed quality and ad platform integrations while troubleshooting tracking issues and ensuring accurate pixel/tag implementations.
- Audience & Data Strategy: Research and identify new audience segments, keyword opportunities, and cross-channel tactics, leveraging advanced attribution models and performance metrics.
- High-Level Analytics: Deliver detailed, actionable insights through robust reporting (using GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, etc.) and spearhead A/B testing initiatives to refine campaign strategies.
- Executive Client Partnership: Serve as the primary strategic advisor for key client accounts, guiding them with data-driven insights and high-level performance strategies.
- Mentorship & Communication: Lead executive-level client meetings and strategy sessions, clearly articulating complex data insights and translating them into strategic recommendations.
- Growth & Upsell Strategy: Identify strategic opportunities for client expansion and upsell initiatives, ensuring sustained, long-term success.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and collaborate with internal account managers, brand strategists, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, performance-focused solutions.
- Elevate Messaging: Guide the development of compelling ad copy, landing page content, and email marketing messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborative Creative Leadership: Partner with design and creative teams to ensure consistency between strategic messaging and visual storytelling.
- Market Insight Leadership: Oversee market research initiatives to ensure all messaging is strategically aligned with evolving market trends and client objectives.
- Advanced SEM Mastery: Extensive expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and performance marketing across full-funnel strategies, including Connected TV advertising.
- Large-Scale Campaign Management: Demonstrated success managing large accounts with $1M+ monthly budgets, ensuring strategic scalability and optimized performance.
- Attribution & Analytics: Mastery of advanced attribution models, analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio), and data interpretation to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proven Innovation: Demonstrated success in leveraging advanced media strategies, managing pixel/tag implementations, and optimizing bid strategies across multiple platforms.

- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, strategic client success, or media buying in high-performance environments, including experience with large-scale budgets and cross-channel strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
