Full job descriptionCome upgrade one of Canada's largest Fixed Wireless Networks!Raven Telecom is seeking Experienced Telecommunications Lead Hands / Crew Members.Experience we are looking for:Have previously been employed as a Lead Hand or Foreman in the tower rigging industryHave experience rigging towers, installing Antennas, working with Fiber Optic cables and DC power cablesCan lead a crew and train less experienced workersMicrowave / backhaul experienceWhat were also looking for:Reliability - you can be relied upon to show up to work on time and ready to work (this is probably the most important thing)Integrity - you have a desire to do good and honest workA typical day:Prep Materials, Load up truck and trailer, install 3 x AAU antennas on a 300' or less Guyed Tower, Install FO/DC trunk cables, Azimuth Antennas, complete other small tasks throughout the day.What's in it for you?New trucks, well equipped trailers with the tools you need to be successfulPositive work environmentBonuses based on Hours worked per week and reliabilityWe are NOT offering Fly-in/Fly-out or relocation assistance.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00-$35.00 per hourAdditional pay:Bonus payOvertime pay
