Responsibilities
- Able to work with a crew with minimal supervision – lawn cutting, cleanup, shrub trimming, weeding, pruning, etc.
- Experience and knowledge of equipment: lawn mower, ride on mower, backpack blower, hedge trimmer, line trimmer, etc
- Actively participate in training and committed to on-going learning of safety practices
- Use Personal Protective Equipment and demonstrate hazard awareness at all times
- Spring and Fall Cleanup on commercial properties
- Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, or snow shovels, or spread snow melting chemicals or salt in winter
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Landscaping
- Desire to work and learn in the industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic – reliable and punctual
- Ability to be a visible team-player and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a flexible team-player attitude
- Able to work in extreme temperatures
- Safety boots are required
