Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Celigo Integration Specialist with expertise in automation platforms (iPaaS), system implementation, maintenance, and optimization between NetSuite/ERP and key business systems. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless data integration, enhancing workflow automation, and driving operational efficiency. Additionally, the specialist will utilize business intelligence and analytics tools to extract insights from integrated data, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using Celigo’s Integration Platform (iPaaS) to connect NetSuite with internal and external applications.
Configure Celigo connectors, API-based integrations, and data mapping between applications.
Develop and maintain custom scripts and error-handling mechanisms within Celigo integrator.io and Orderful.
Automate workflows to improve data synchronization and process efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal system performance with minimal disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
~ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
~2-5 years of experience working with Celigo integrator.io (experience with other iPaaS middleware tools is a plus).
~ Experience with NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
~ Intermediate experience with EDI integration.
~ Strong knowledge of APIs, integration best practices, and automation workflows.
~ Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration failures and API issues.
~ Experience with SQL and Postman.
~ Experience with Orderful or other EDI integration applications is a plus.
~ Familiarity with iTradeNetwork Order Management System or other procurement applications is a plus.
~ Understanding of ERP systems and cloud computing.
