Job Description
Our client, within the automotive industry is seeking a stellar candidate to join their team as an Call Centre Agent.
This is a 1 year contract to start, with the potential to be extended, paying $55,000 annually.
- This is a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office twice a week located in PICKERING
- Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday between 9AM-8PM (you'll be working 8 hour shifts within this timeframe)
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring and Support for Direct Sales Channels Analyzing vehicle lifecycle for opportunities and trends (e.g., seller removal, location hold, ungrounded reporting, mileage discrepancies, bankruptcy) Oversight of payoff shortage queue management Handling emails regarding Pre-Owned Direct usage and purchase inquiries Managing payment methods and site access Addressing inquiries about remarketing program levels and pricing Handling Lease Pull-Ahead Programs and Continuations Addressing inquiries about titles and ownership Handling transportation inquiries Addressing inquiries about dealer service loaners Providing support to dealers via phone calls and field assistance Ensuring timely grounding of vehicles, including identifying trends and collaborating with field personnel and dealerships for process improvement Handling phone calls Generating accurate manual dealer payoff quotes for both Franchise and Non-Franchise dealers and addressing payoff shortages as needed Qualifications and Skills
Strong written and verbal communication Strong computer skills Previous customer service experience Previous administration skills
