Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Employment Lawyer. The Employment Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on employment contracts, handling labour disputes, representing clients in court, and providing legal counsel on labour and employment law. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, participating in courtroom trials, and conducting workplace investigations and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Labour and Employment Law
- Experience with Employment Contracts and Labour Disputes
- Proficiency in representing clients in court
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in conducting workplace investigations and compliance audits
- Ability to work remote
- Bachelor's or Juris Doctor degree in Law
