I would like to hire a professional acocuntant & carry out all related HMRC obligations of the company. I will provide a trial balance. You must be capable of advising if there are any changes that would be beneficial to the company's or director's affairs from a tax point of view and be fully uptodate with current UK requirements. We submit our own VAT returns.
The number of transactions in the nominal ledger of the last financial year is less than 700.
