Job Overview:


We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Coordinator  to join our agency team and manage multiple client accounts across various industries. This role involves developing engaging content, interacting with diverse audiences, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast who understands current trends, adapts to different brand voices, and knows how to create compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:


● Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for multiple client accounts across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and others.

● Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on behalf of clients to build community and enhance customer relationships.

● Work closely with account managers and clients to align social media content with their brand voice, goals, and campaigns.

● Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) for each client and adjust strategies as needed.

● Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools to provide the best strategies for clients.

● Produce high-quality video and photo content at live social shoots and events.

● Curate brand-aligned, aesthetically pleasing social media feeds.

● Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships to expand brand reach for clients.

● Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, ensuring optimal performance and ROI for multiple clients.

● Conduct competitor and industry research for clients to identify best practices and opportunities.

● Create and analyze monthly social media reports for multiple clients.


Qualifications & Skills:


● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

● Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.

● Ability to create engaging multimedia content tailored to various industries.

● Experience creating graphics for social media using Canva.

● Experience with photography and videography for social media.

● Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising. (Eg. Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager)

● Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

● Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building.
